So last week was Savor Week DC. Savor is an American Craft Beer and Food Experience (Convention). In celebration of the event being held on May 9-10, 2014, Jack Rose did a series of 4 days of Craft Beers. This particular event we attended was the Sam Adams evening! Keep reading to see more photos of the event and to see who we met while we were there!
The event was to celebrate Sam Adams on 30 years and to their attendance at Savor!
Along with everyone’s first drink, a bowl of Boston Clam Bake was included! Nomz!
Nahem did a stellar job putting everything together. 20 Taps changed out each day Monday through Thursday to accomodate the different craft beers celebrated each day. And at $5 a beer, no complaints were made all week!
HAHA some silly photos of Brendan and I
Goodtimes!
And the guest of honor for the evening, Jim Koch, co-owner of Sam Adams. He was a blast to meet and chat with about beer, his visit to DC and everything else.
Some stuff we got at the event. Super excited that they had shirts in Small!
It was a good night. Thanks Nahem, and everyone at Jack Rose!
xoxo
