I’ve tried all sorts of ‘deep conditioners’ and I finally settled on one that actually works! After years of colouring, blowdrying, heat-styling, abuse from sun, cold winters and so on, it was time to find something that actually worked.
Hot oil treatments, protein treatments, supplements… they all didn’t really do much as far as restoring any sort of ‘life’ into my hair.
Last December I decided to cut off a lot of my hair after having been severely damaged by a hairstylist who bleached/foiled/destroyed my hair to the point where a ridiculous amount of hair was broken and the rest were left in a brittle state. This left me with a very short asymmetrical bob. I figured that chopping off the destroyed bits had to be done as there was no hope in reviving them. After the cut, my hair felt a lot better but not back to its happy-self so I started conditioning with the Its a 10 Miracle Hair Mask conditioner.
This stuff is great. You can leave it in for 15 minutes for a full deep condition or simply use it as an every day conditioner. There’s nothing spectacular about the smell, as it smells like any other conditioner but the state that it leaves your hair in after one use is amazing. The product claims to do the following 10 things:
- Restores Moisture
- Restores Elasticity
- Imparts Luminous Shine
- Enhances Natural Body
- Improves Color Vibrancy
I definitely noticed that my hair was more manageable, moisture was brought back, much softer, bouncier and it brought back my hair’s softness. Even when I straightened my hair I found it was easier to straighten and had more shine.
I definitely recommend this product. Its especially great for curly hair as we curly-haired girls need that extra bit of moisture for our ends.
Its a 10 Miracle Hair Mask and their other products can be found in most Drugstores, Target and professional salons. For a better price, I was able to find mine on Amazon.com.
